THE STORY OF EATSBYALBANY
EatsByAlbany was a dream realized in 2020 when families were learning to navigate working from home, taking care of their kids, and finding time for themselves while still wanting healthy and delicious meals. Albany specializes in creating dishes with no seed oils and all organic and grass fed quality ingredients and caters to your dietary restrictions and preferences.
After completing the Foundation of Culinary Cuisine course at the Italian Culinary Institute in 2022, Albany returned to Southern Italy to graduate from the 2023 Master of Italian Cuisine Program. She was then invited back to work as a chef instructor, where she spent 3 months teaching students about regional Italian dishes and desserts.
Albany graduated from the pastry program at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in 2019. She learned how to make French classic pastries, the science behind baked goods, and other classic desserts. She was awarded "Student of the Term".
Albany is ServSafe Manager certified. ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training and certificate program. This means she's been educated on food safety and how to protect her clients from foodborne illnesses that are common in the restaurant industry.
